You know... Cremation isn't really a service you develop an expertise in. You have to rely on your gut feelings to decide what is best and then just hope that you don't regret it.
I can say that we contacted ARIA sight unseen to help us following our mother's death and we were so pleased by the experience. Amanda Roman was patient, incredibly knowledgable, and was not trying to up-sell at every opportunity. Their facilities were nice and they provided the personal touch with follow-up conversations and question-answering. Really a superb job. I would strongly recommend anyone look to Aria during what is a fast, confusing, and emotional time.Added May 26, 2017 by Mason Miller - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
The hardest time in all of our lives is the death of our loved one. There is fear and uncertainty mixed with anguish and grief. I have never in my life met a more Christian and compassionate person as I wonderfully encountered than Crystal. She goes the extra mile on education and service

We held funeral services for my Father at Aria this past Monday. We did the funeral and visitation with cremation. Aria was priced very competitively, I called 4 different places, and Aria was the least expensive. I also contacted Local Cremation Services which was about the same price, but they were further away Royal. This Aria location is about 10 minutes from my house.
Amanda was great to work with, very patient, and very accomodating. She is very nice. The chapel was nice and modern and we got the entire building to ourselves.
I strongly recommend Aria to celebrate the passing of your loved ones.

Crystal is anazing! This was my first time planning a Celebration of Life Service and all I knew was i wanted this to be very sweet and personal for my son, Alex Sanchez Jr which he absolutely deserved! He suffered tremendously at the end and we find peace in knowing that he is at peace and truly believe he was chosen by God to live in his kingdom where there's no pain, suffering or battles. I was very fortunate to have my sister n law Claudia accompany me to help guide me through this and I must say Crystal was very thorough and accommodating! She informed us of everything we would need and even had a location close to us for the service. North Dallas Funeral Home was very warm and inviting. We were able to provide our own playlist and able to set up a "share a memory" table and a shirt signing table. We had 2 videos full of beautiful memories to songs selected by Jrs brother Josh and sister Erin. Our pastor Jesse Valdez blessed my Jr with afterlife and spoke powerful words of comfort. Our service was concluded with my granddaughter Elesina honoring her daddy with a balloon signing while a song selected by her was played and a balloon release at the end of the song. Everything was very beautiful and peaceful to honor the loving and kind person my son was. I now have my 29 year old baby home with me in a beautiful wood urn that I purchased through Aria. Thank you for everything Crystal, Aria Cremation and North Dallas Funeral Home you will always have a special place in my heart - Cynthia Aranda

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aria. When my father passed, they were absolutely exceptional to work with - particularly Amanda, who worked closely with us and who dotted every "i" and crossed every "t." I live in PA and my father was in Dallas, so it was logistically difficult as I was back and forth during the time of his death. Amanda, who served in the military, brought to our attention that my father - based on his Air Force background - could be interred in any National Cemetery in the country. We would not have known that if not for her. Amanda dealt with the countless details to arrange for his full honors military service at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. This was a HUGE undertaking! (No pun...)
Regarding the comment on Aria's other location about Aria's pricey urns - Amanda and her team were extremely sincere and NEVER forced us into anything, in fact recommended at one point that I wait to purchase something in PA or online if I couldn't find anything that fit the bill at Aria. And guess what - urns are at least $80 wherever you go!
I was so pleased with Amanda's calming demeanor, her take-charge attitude, her attention to detail, that when my step-mother passed recently - my dad's wife of 20 years - we immediately turned to Aria to help in our time of need.
Anyone who tells you that they'll get less than exceptional attention and service must be referring to a different funeral service.Added August 13, 2016 by Lauren Stevenson Yacina
